Thomas Reagan Coordinator of Veterans Services & Title IX

Biography

Thomas G. Reagan has been the Coordinator of Veterans Services for ɫɫÑо¿Ëù since 2018, serving both the Quad-Cities Campus in Moline and the East Campus in Kewanee/Galva.

In 2018, he retired from the East Moline Police Department as a captain after serving for more than 25 years.

A Gulf War veteran, he spent more than four years in the Marines with the First Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion and was a Marine Combat Instructor of Water Survival (MCIWS).

Reagan has lectured on for-profit colleges, crime scene preservation, school violence, child safety, identity theft and veterans’ benefits.

Reagan earned an associate degree from ɫɫÑо¿Ëù, a bachelor’s degree from Western Illinois University, a master’s degree in leadership in higher education from Western Illinois University and an executive leadership certificate from the FBI National Academy.

Title IX Coordinator

Reagan also serves as the Title IX Coordinator for ɫɫÑо¿Ëù.
