Biography

Thomas G. Reagan has been the Coordinator of Veterans Services for É«É«Ñо¿Ëù since 2018, serving both the Quad-Cities Campus in Moline and the East Campus in Kewanee/Galva.

In 2018, he retired from the East Moline Police Department as a captain after serving for more than 25 years.

A Gulf War veteran, he spent more than four years in the Marines with the First Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion and was a Marine Combat Instructor of Water Survival (MCIWS).

Reagan has lectured on for-profit colleges, crime scene preservation, school violence, child safety, identity theft and veterans’ benefits.

Reagan earned an associate degree from É«É«Ñо¿Ëù, a bachelor’s degree from Western Illinois University, a master’s degree in leadership in higher education from Western Illinois University and an executive leadership certificate from the FBI National Academy.
